I just got the satam dvds, and on the last disk there's a bonus feature area, with an interview with the head writer for sonic satam.

"One of the things that defiantly would have happened is the ascendancy of Tails, There's a scene that was cut off one of the episodes of Sonic training Tails and that would have been later developed in the third season, with Tails having some new found power or ability."

O.O crud, I wish satam would have made another season, this is a direct quote, I sure wonder what they would have given Tails as an ability besides his tails.

Maybe it was something simple like the ability to stand up for himself or the motivation to fight. I dunno, but his character from what I've seen in SatAM was pretty much playing the kid, who sat at home and was not invlolved with the action at all. Perhaps they just wanted to involve him more in the story, and make a name for himself, fighting and playing a bigger part in the whole thing.

I mean Tails is an animaloid. No lasers or bombs. He's a kid, so it makes sence. Although courage DOES seem cheesy.

I was hoping for SHOOP DA WHOOP, though.

Tails has the ability to fly and therefore brings the thaught of the sky to you. And whats in the sky? Air. Tails should be able to manipulate the air around him. Similar to ang the airbending dude with the bald head's ability to throw the air around him. It would make tails to a degree much more powerful. I think he should be able to throw the air around him towards the floor resulting in a great leap into the air. This ability for tails would make him seem more in character and give SEGA the something new they need to continue with the development of sonic and their games.

So he can stand up for himself. Man that would be cool :rolleyes:

HAH he could already stand up for himself in the 1996 sonic movie. Its just the recent ones that have made him look all *****-like. Aerokenisis is what id love to see him have.

The air thing would basically make him seem like an elemental freak... Blaze is the only one so far that's used and element (fire), but you've gotta remember that she comes from a different world (obviously a world that's fire- based, since Sol means sun in general... okay, so it actually tells of a sun god, but you get the point.)

I do like the courage theory, though... it's realistic and highly reasonable.

I do give in that that Air controling stuff and all are a bit to much Avatar style...

I would rather think that he would be more skilled using his tails more in combat for it also says on wiki that a swoop of his tails can destroy a robot of eggman or sumthing like that.

HAH, if he were to be skilled in comat with his tails... I can already see how bad that could turn out. But then again it could be good. If all else fails, I would like to see tails with some raw POWER! Like he had in the begining of sonic the movie of 1996. The scene in which the tornado and the run way was prepared gave me a sence of power and id like to see more of that. Not in that Way of course.

Tails with a new ability. Could be if there would be a third season. Is there any resource on what ideas they had to him. Or is just rumors, anyway. I would like to see a third season as well. But anyway it will never happen. -_-

There was only a rumor that never worked out. Noticed the first post. What would happen since Snively managed to survive, though they felt he wouldn't stand any chance so they let go of the project before even starting. So only a slight rumor that is.
