I perfer Eggman, Robotnik makes me think of those UGLY designs SatAM, and ASOTH gave him... X_x Plus I wasn't found of the voice actors either =/ And Eggman actually made sense, being shaped like an egg and all.

So... Eggman or Robotnik? What's the better name for you?

Robotnik. He was more humerous. He fitted cartoons better as your typical villain.

eggman the sonic universe doesn't a "pure evil" villain well maybe but there's usually a more evil character fill that role ex. metal sonic(even though eggman made him was pretty brutal) dark oak, erazor gin shadow when used a bad guy was pretty bad(in sonic x he treid to kill a 8 year girl that's sociopathac behavior and they refused to air a epospde of Pokemon on america because ash kept getting a gun pointed at him)

whoa with that last one I just realized how twisted and warped these people are getting

Eggman all the way. Robotnik is a little weird ^^;

I like Robotnik, it's the name I got used to, though I don't see Eggman really bad either.

Eggman. It was Eggman all time.

Only americans had to be "super cool and unique", so they changed it to Robotnik, which is super lame, but unique. I never liked the american Sonic, anyways.

I grew up with calling him Eggman, so Eggman for me. Even when I watched the cartoons I still referred to him as "Eggman"

I tend to use both. No pattern to it neither does it depend on what time in Sonic's history does it change. I think I use Eggman more though xP

I also grew up calling him Eggman. Plus he kinda looks like an egg. But it does much better than Dr. Ivo Robotnik. (I think..)

Robotnik was really funny and all, but I'd have to say Eggman.
Eggman just always struck me as being a better character overall, and just as hilarious as Robotnik, too. Actually, I'd love to see what the two of them would say to each other if they were locked in a room together! xD
