Not bad, not bad at all, but I think you're going in a tad bit over your head by rushing to full customs.
You definitely need to work on the flow of animation, especially with the walking "grunt." Think exactly like how you would walk; for example, when you walk (and seriously try this, it's quite useful), pay attention to how your legs and feet move at an even pace; pay very close attention to which leg is in front first, which leg is in back- the transition between your right and left side when YOU walk. This implies with how the arms move along, as well.
You also definitely may wanna edit the "elite" quite a bit, as well. I mean, there's nothing majorly, majorly wrong with it, except for the quality- it looks as if it was resized in some parts.
Also, lowering your arm is much more than just two simple frames- at least try to add a few more in there. Your arm, as it moves up and down, doesn't go from a 90 deg. angle to a 180 deg. angle; there's many angles inbetween. If you need a reference, I advise you to once again pay attention to the flow of movement when you... well, move. x3
Keep it up, I'd like to see more from you in the future. But remember, scratching is much more than just being able to put pixels, colors, and tones together; you must be aware of HOW you're executing it. Once you're definitely certain that what you're doing is right, that is when you can create something marvelously beautiful in quality. ;3
There are most likely many other things I can point out, but I won't try to overwhelm you at the moment. After all, you can only really take things one step at a time. =3
But like I said, keep things up, read some tutorials every now and then, and be willing to persevere.
