Weapons:
He himself is his one and only weapon, for it is the only weapon he needs. At birth, demons are born with a power granted to them by the Five Demon Lords. These powers could be from reading minds to rusting steel. The potential the Five Demon Lords saw within the demon before birth was correct; they blessed him with one of the greatest powers a demon can receive. "Praemium Vox", or Exploding Power. Entriga can explode any part of his body at will. He could create an explosion with the force of a small bomb out of his arm.
When a part of his body explodes, it liquefies into solid gold and splashes onto the floor. The gold comes together and begins to form into the missing body part. After the gold has fully come together in the shape of the limb, it returns to the quality of flesh. The part then reattaches itself to Veleonhilo's body. The process takes up no excess energy from Veleonhilo, for it is not magic nor was it a skill he acquired. It his a part of him, as easy as swiping a sword for a regular human, though some could argue more effective.
Entriga, the other demon (will be explained in bio), has powers of his own, though not as grandeur. He can control and efficiently use the element of darkness, use it to attack, defend, stealth, and all inbetween. He mainly controls this darkness as forms of energy, using it to attack. When Veleonhilo is out, he can borrow some of this power from Entriga, though he can't wield it quite as effectively and it does take up his energy.
Physical Appearance:
His hair is the exact color of rust. A light shade of brown and red, his haircut reaches down into his eyes, covering half of his left. He wears a red headband across his forehead to keep too much of his hair from impairing his vision. His pupils are mostly orange, though tinted slightly with red. His mouth can usually be found contorted into a small smile, though you can never tell what exactly for.
His middle section would look like a usual humans, had he not had such a different fashion style from those pathetic mortals. The many scars and wounds he had received in his world were a reminder that he was still a demon as well. Under his clothes, he wears a long, white undershirt. Above that, he wears a purple shirt that comes across his shoulders, but have no sleeves. His pants are long and black, reaching down to his ankles. Purple wings rest inside his body. When needed, he can sprout these wings through his back, penetrating the skin and emerging. These wings cannot fly, as he was born with a premature pair, but they can use the wind to glide across the air.
Personality:
At first glance, Veleonhilo might look like your average, everyday fighter. An odd fashion sense, but you always get something like that from intense battlers, whether it be to look unique or to increase their capabilities.
If you thought that about Veleonhilo, you were nothing but dead wrong. His goals are to eliminate anything and anyone until him and his demon species finally arises from the Underworld and dominate this territory with it's pathetic, inferior beings. Veleonhilo takes approaches to matters with nothing but cold, hard reality. Never aloof, and never anything but straightforward.
In battle, he is a totally different being, though not different in a good way.
Veleonhilo is truly a sadist. His demon instincts arise. He laughs at the thought of pain, his enemies or his own. To induce and receive pain, the sight of blood, that is what he lives for. He slowly tortures enemies whenever possible, enjoying their screams for mercy. He will annihilate anyone who annoys him, unless be it one of his own kind: a demon. He can never bring himself to hurt another demon. He does, however, pay a large amount of attention to everything in battle, so that if some puny creature ever did have the chance to attack him, he would be ready.
When Entriga is controlling the body, he is slightly more restrained. He doesn't talk to anyone unless needed, though tends to ignore jeers and petty insults, nor does he attack at random intervals. If somebody gets on his nerves too much, he may threaten them, or even physically damage them, but never resorts to killing them, in fear of being chased. Not that he is afraid of dying, but afraid of the attention it would attract. He'd much rather keep a low profile, which is something he constantly scorns Veleonhilo about.
History:
Blood and a jello-like substance was splattering on the floor. The eggs had begun to break. The veins were popping, the red gelatin shell was cracking. And bodies were coming up from the ground. One of these bodies was Veleonihilo. The demons had arisen. Back from a long sleep (five thousand years), and back for the next 10,000. Back to wreak havoc upon the universe, as they did so long ago. The demon Veleonhilo looked at his new body, his new arms, his new weapons. He had been granted with something he had not before. Something powerful. Something more powerful than what he had ever seen before. He looked around at his fellow demons. They were staring at themselves as well, bland looks on their faces. He could already tell he would beat them. Demons are never supposed to hurt their brethren, and always respect others as equals. But in Satgon, things were different. When the demons arise, they fight. To the death. Only the strongest survive to come into the mortals world, destroying wherever they go. Veleonihilo took note as five other demons surrounded him. All of them were looking wary yet ready for combat. One of them, bolder (and more foolish) than the rest took a step closer. Veleonihilo made no reaction. The demon came closer, closer, and Veleonihilo only began to care when it disturbed his inspection of his powers. The demon noticed he had angered Veleonihilo, and gave a slight smile.
Suddenly, the demon was gone. It had disappeared in a flash of blue light. "Teleportation?" Veleonihilo muttered. "How boring." The demon reappeared directly in front of Veleonihilo, and landed an upward kick. On any normal human, this would've most certainly killed, smashing their skull into bits as they flew across the air. But no, Veleonihilo was certainly not flying across the air. He was yawning. "What a lack of power I see in you," Veleonihilo mocked. "I hoped this would be more entertaining." He put a hand to the demon's leg and yanked it up. The other four demon's were looking uncertain. Should they run? But they were paralyzed in fear of the glare Veleonihilo gave them. Veleonihilo inspected the demon. Its power was pathetic. This demon was not meant to be in this era. "All demon's are inspected for their power at birth," Veleonihilo explained, a childish smile on his face. And then his arm exploded. The demon screamed in pain, suffering. Dust arose from the floor in the huge bang. As the dust cleared, Veleonihilo could be seen without an arm, a golden puddle beneath him. The other demon was on the floor, blood seeping from his leg. He was obviously unconscious. The puddle began to form into shape. A golden arm was the shape. It began to form the qualities of flesh. The egg was already forming around the demon. "And you were thrown out with the rest of the trash." His grin widened as his new arm reattached itself to his body. The other demons stared in horror, they couldn't believe their demon comrade had been taken down so easily. "Next to die?" he asked, insanity blazing in his eyes.
The bodies of the demons lied before him, the eggs forming their way around the corpses. He rubbed his hands together, awaiting his next opponent. These new powers were incredible, he had taken down demons with ease. But a larger power was approaching...much larger than the ones he had faced. He turned around towards the alluring aura. One demon, with a form like him was leaning on a banister above him, watching the battle. Confidently staring. Was he really confident after the display of power Veleonhilo had just displayed? Maybe Veleonhilo should go up and wipe that smirk off his face. He walked up towards this demon, giving a large smile. "So...care to fight? When you think about it, fifteen thousand years isn't too long." The demon continued watching him. Veleonhilo's smile dissipated as he noticed the other demon's aura. It was strong, full of power and will. He was much stronger than the others. He continued walking up towards him.
"Well, if you're sure. You'll regret it, but..." The demon's cloak swished in the air as he threw it off and put up an expert fighting stance. "Your move. Oh, and by the way, my name is Entriga."
Veleonhilo burst into a full out sprint. "GLADLY! ENTRIGA!" Entriga gave an expert roll and dodged Veleonhilo's assault. He pulled out his palm and shot a beam out of it. The beam wavered around, covering him, enshrouding him. Entriga looked around. It was complete blackness, he could no longer see. Then, the darkness compressed. He couldn't breath, the darkness suffocated him. Veleonhilo knew he had one chance before Entriga beat him, and exploded his body.
Entriga gave a smile of satisfaction. "Well, I thought he might make a better opponent than that..." But he stepped back as he saw pure gold on the floor. "What is that doing there?" he thought as he walked up to the material. He stared at it intently. Was there a life force inside there?
And, from the gold, legs began shaping. It came up to his arms, his torso, his head, his perfectly white, evil teeth, manipulated into the shape of a smile. Veleonhilo was back. Entriga backstepped quickly, watching the grotesque transformation. "Well, you have quite a power, don't you?" Entriga said.
"You almost got me there. But NO MORE!" Veleonhilo thundered, and they clashed.
The fight came from that hour to the evening, until they were one of the few participants left standing. Both were on one knee, panting as though they had just been to hell and back. Entriga looked up from his long stare at the ground just as Veleonhilo did the same. They dug into each others eyes, neither giving up the stare down. This lasted for what seemed like months, until one of the demons spoke.
"You know," Entriga said, "we would make a great team. Our powers are almost exactly matched."
Veleonhilo glared up at him in spite. "Who cares? We fight to see who's power is greater, not how good a team we would make." He looked up at the halls, the roof, the bodies. "That's what Satgon is for. To prove dominance."
Entriga continued to pierce Veleonhilo with his gaze. "But you agree? You agree that our combination would be a fearsome one?"
Veleonhilo shrugged uncertainly, not wanting to admit he couldn't beat this demon. "Well, fearsome we would be, but what about our pride, Entriga?" His face turned to the floor. "Two demons...joining forces..."
"It's not like there's anything against it in the scribes." Entriga stood up shakily and stumbled over to Veleonhilo. "A fusion. That way we would be a demon with the strength of no other."
To be continued later, too lazy right now.
Strengths
His powers are very strong and versatile
Takes note of almost everything in battle

Much stronger than a normal creature
Weaknesses
He is weak to all elements except darkness (this is his main weakness)
When he gets lost in a rage, he becomes careless

Sometimes thinks too much and doesn't fight enough (Entriga)
Weak to the presence of angels or holy beings
Very interesting char with an even more interesting background story. I hope that you'll update the background story soon. :]
Although, I have one question- a really blonde one- but is this just a character in general, not really based off of anything official (such as Sonic)?

Yeah, I'm trying to get off my lazy butt and finish the whole profile, but I'm afraid I'm having too much fun playing Halo Trial. D:
And as for your question, nah, he's not really based off anything. Made it up basically myself. I've kinda grown out of using other series models for my stuff, it's just not interesting to me anymore. That's why I'm thinking about making another hero/neutral character to replace my current one, Ace, since he's just grown slightly uninteresting to me.
