Hello everyone! what's up, apart from the sky or ceiling?
i was playing SonicGemsCollection the other day, and made up some fun facts/comparations:

1: How come Sonic can breathe freely in space, but drown in water?

2: Badniks and spikes can hurt ya... even if you poke them,
running to a wall at supersonic speeds just stops ya....

3: Tails was an immortal god! until he was playable....

4: Knuckles can break rocks in a wall...by floating by them...
Sonic can't, even if he uses a super spin dash....

5: Mephiles: is his "crystal" form his original form? or is it taken from Shadow?
Maybe his hedgehog appearance was taken from Shadow....

6: If Mephiles could travel through time, why didn't he free Iblis by himself, to pwn existance early?

7: If Sonic, in the secret rings...had a Djinni (sharah) on his side... why didnt he wish for returning to his home,
after wishing for the mountain of hankies?

8: Aint "werehogs" strange? :T5:

Well, Mephiles pretty much...Used Shadow's shadow to create himself when he was a cloud of darkness/ooze in Sonic '06. =D

Yes but then there is the odd fact that he then refrained himself from using Shadow's appearance and then consisted out of crystal. It is strange a little but I think it has something to do with the growing power of Iblis. Mephiles and Iblis are 2 parts of the same coin, one grows? so does the other. At least that is what I believe.

The Mephiles part of travelling back through time and free Iblis can't be done. Mephiles is the shadow if Iblis and they can only fuse together not freeing each other themselves.

Never noticed Tails was god like until he was a playable character. I know he couldn't die but still... weird actually :T5: .

Here's something I've noticed. The Master Emerald has apparently disappeared from existence, seeing as how no one has been worried about it recently.

Another weird thing is that the time in the Sonic universe is constantly changing. Present-kinda words in the Adventure series, future-kinda in Heroes and Riders, from what I´ve heard it´s present-kinda in Shadow the Hedgehog...

Sonic and his friends are half the size of a 9-8 year old but can run with a Master Emerald on their backs or a Princess in their arms or even knock the bajeebbers out of a giant robot.

Has anyone ever noticed that Sonic didn't grow, eventhough he got older? If anything he shrank.

I've always wondered about that too. How come Sonic and his friends don't grow over 3 feet tall? There must be some sort of growth thing that's preventing them from getting taller. Vector and Vanilla are the only grown ups. In Sonic X, Chris went to Sonic's world and rather than keeping his 18 year old body,　Ｈｅ　ｃｈａｎｇｅｄ　ｂａｃｋ　ｔｏ　ａ　１２　ｙｅａｒ　ｏｌｄ！　　Ｓｈａｄｏｗ　ａｌｓｏ　ｓｅｅｍｓ　ｔｏ　ｂｅ　ａ　ｂｉｔ　ｔａｌｌｅｒ　ｔｈａｎ　Ｓｏｎｉｃ．．．

Screw Chris. He isn't canon. He's just something that 4kids made up to keep the children active viewers. Only the video game characters are canon. But still, another thing I have wondered is why the Chaos Emeralds were invented anyway. They have caused nothing but trials and tribulation.

Shadow and Sonic are the same height.

Big is 200 cm (around 6'5'' I believe), while Blaze (a member of the same general species and only 4 years younger than him) is 95 cm and Eggman (a member of a species usually quite larger than cats) is 185 cm tall.
Vanilla is around 130 cm tall the last time I checked... so I'm guessing all of the characters get a massive growth spurt after age 20 because Rouge is still considerably shorter than her... unless Vanilla is just tall.

I wonder how Big grew to that height though... is he Mobius's Robert Wadlow or something? O.o

Can't we all accept the face that Sonic Team has thrown so much crap out there that none of it makes sense when combining it all?

Also in Sonic X they made some mistakes of giving Knuckles fingers.

Mutant Hedgehogs have lungs that don't need oxygen, but are clogged by water.

2: Badniks and spikes can hurt ya... even if you poke them,
running to a wall at supersonic speeds just stops ya....
The spikes have hedgehog repellent in them.

3: Tails was an immortal god! until he was playable....
Sonic would look like a bad person if he let a little kid die when he was around. When Sonic's not around.....have fun Tails. XD

4: Knuckles can break rocks in a wall...by floating by them...
Sonic can't, even if he uses a super spin dash....
Knuckles secretly has little drills in his knuckles.

5: Mephiles: is his "crystal" form his original form? or is it taken from Shadow?
Maybe his hedgehog appearance was taken from Shadow....
He likes copying people. Maybe he feels alone and wants a friend by copying them. :P

Villains don't normally think "Outside of the box.

I believe the chaos emeralds are simply what they're called, chaos, they have the advantage to work on either side and the reason there's such tribulation is because evil takes control of them.

The old school games make less sense so I dunno how to answer those. XD

What i'd be interested to know would be the dates and times for each games, they seem to bump around a lot like Zelda's time-line.

I think Riders is on mobious though, so maybe the adventures were on earth, riders and unleashed on mobious.
I'd be an interesting game to see how Sonic traveled between them.

Note to Trixie: Mobius IS earth. XD At least, last time I checked. Well, it would explain why they jump from Earth to Mobius and back again, I think Mobians called it Mobius as they evolved, and humans kept calling it earth.

Except...in AoSTH, Mobius had two moons, and in the comics or otherwise the moons/moon is never mentioned so I'm not sure. I have two moons in my fan series, but I plan to explain that...for the official series, we can only theorize.

I've got one! If Chip from Sonic unleashed lost his memory, then how does he know he can still use his power to open doors and raise the Emerald pedestals for Sonic?

That's what I wanna know too. If he lost his memory then why on earth does he know he can use the power of his necklace to open doors and raise Emerald pedestals? The pedestal thing was explained in a cutscene where Chip touched it by accident and then his necklace started glowing, But we have no explanation for the doors.

Well that's not just in Sonic games. All games are going to have something that doesn't make since in them.

And Cute lil Fox: Mobius and Earth are to different planets. Mobius is Sonic's home planet and Earth is where Sonic and the gang live now. However, Sega has seemed to change that and just made Earth the home planet now.

Shadow just likes to make things interesting. If he owned everyone all the time, that'd get awful boring. xP I sorta think he does that already.

Actually, 4Kids didn't make Chris up. The people in Japan who made Sonic X, actually had him in there from the start. There's something many Sonic fans SHOULD know.

Anyway, with the Master Emerald being missing from games, I'm not sure if even Knuckles cares about it anymore to be honest. If he did care for it still, it would still be in the games, but the Chaos Emeralds are also appearing less too...

Well, Knuckles mentions protecting the Master Emerald quite a few times in Sonic Chronicles. The Nocturnus Clan basically steals it and the Chaos Emeralds, and the gang has to go about getting them all back.

Not to mention Unleashed still revolves completely around the emeralds. I think they're still very much involved. :T14:

I'd say play the game and complete it. All the answers will be filled in. I won't give away any information regarding that because it would spoil the story and with it the game a little. Just complete the game and watch the cut scene's carefully.
