They don't have to be official to add them in a newspaper for a forum =P

Well around Easter time, I'm thinking about doing a poll for the un-official characters that appeared in the various cartoons and animes. It will probably only be a one time thing though, Depends how popular it is.

I have no way of proving this but the Archie series comics came out closely at the same time as Sega unvailed the Sonic series. This has been quite a debate & i'm nuetral until I see proof but i'm hearing that if your a true fan & read the series from the begining you'lll know that the series is accredited by the series & the sega franchise does acknowladge all the cheracters. some of the people that started the game series & even the maker of tails first started writing the series. Yet I have found no truth from this. I do admit I have high hopes it is true I am trying to find proof or the oppisite to this. Also....Nack ain't dead silly girl...He's alive & kicking....

But Fang is dead. Seriously. If you do Fang, mine aswell do Cosmo and all the other Comic/Anime characters. Either include them all or don't do bother dooing it at all.

Fang isn't dead in the literal sense. I mean, he's pretty much dead in the sense he'll never come back, but he' snot actually "dead" dead.

Fang was taken out of the series... he didn't even get a Sonic Channel profile.

Not that he CAN'T be character of the week... but if he made it in then I suggest you add more characters like Tikal, Chaos, and the Chaotix...

Hehehe....Chaotix are enorsed by Sega. not sure about Tikal though & some others...I'm very sorry if confusing people but all my Sonic knowladge comes from the Archie series....Other then that i'm as dumb as rock....in truth & do to my insuffciotn knowladge....I thought Archie & Sega were the same...Silly thing is Archie disclaimed the sonic X series at first yet know they got a Sonic X comic. don't like it. cool thing was when archie celebrated some kind of anniversery thing dealing with Sega & Sonic. this is kind of why I think Archie & Sonic are kind of related. I take it not many people read the comic. Nack's back 7 kicking theres talk about bringing him back due to popular demand. They gave him a short reintro a couple comics ago so he is not gone yet. & hoefully never will be. Rouge simply took the spotlight for the longest.

If you're basing it on comics then... that should probably be specified. Nowhere does it say that it's limited to any medium, so Tikal and the others should classify all the same. They have technically appeared in more games than Fang anyway.

Tikal has as much of a fan base as Fang does too.

Well, you guys realize that he's putting in MORE characters in each poll, correct? Correct. Ayup. So Tikal, Chaos, Chaotics, and all them smexy people should be coming in sooner or later, he just chose these to start with.

Sega doesn't know who Fang even is anymore. He also isn't an official character at Sonic Channel.

It's Hawkfrost's project. He'll do what he wants with it. If you want to request a character in the next poll, then you could probably talk to him if you wanted. If he wants to add Fang, he adds Fang, and that's just what he'll do. If he doesn't want to add Cosmo, he might not add Cosmo, and he just won't do that. It's down to him, so just talk to him if you really want a character in the next poll. And, as I said, he's adding in more characters after this one, so it's not like he's ignoring Tikal and the Chaotix or whatever.

I'm saying if he's saying that no comic or anime exclusive characters, why not remove dead characters too. Sega doesn't want anything to do with Fang, and barely anyone knows who he is. i didn't even know who we was until 2 months ago.
