You WILL be pivoted against some staff nominated Adv. Members, so it's not all fun and games. The only diffrence is you have the advantage of me knowing you've already proven yourself as a staff member.

Couldn't retired staff members ask and just get straight in before?

I don't know how it was done before, but a retired member probibly wouldn't automaticly get in just by asking, especialy when no more staff is needed. There are limits to how many staff members are in at a time. Plus, any member is reviewed before given any staff job, even retired members.

In this case though, I'm holding this mod nomination as an equil opertunity nomination, meaning retired and Adv. Members get an equil chance to become a mod.
