The new mods were picked based on staff nominations of Adv. Members. Then I sent the nominated members interviews via PM. I was interviewing 4 members in total, I choose Theirry and Chrona based on those interviews. ^_^

Well Done you two, I hope you serve TTFF well ^_^

Being a mod doesn't mean I changed completely. It's the same old me. Correct me if I am wrong but I recall having people say they can't get around with the staff and that they prefer to stay out of their way or have no business with one. I want to tell you all this. You can still talk to me about problems you got. It will be all kept a secret between us :T7: .

With power comes responsibility... and so I will do my best not to fail you guys and gal's :T11: .

So basically, the staff nominate people, they're interviewed, and then you choose who gets in, basically giving you the power to pick whoever you want to get in staff, and stop anyone you don't want in staff getting in, without regard to ability?

Or am I losing track somewhere?

Just to reinstate - one, I'm only asking, and two, I didn't accuse you of anything, and thus I don't see what's untrue about simply pointing out a possibility. To quote:
