And lastly, some of the admins really have a problem with opinions, not pointing fingers.

Well Strelok, I gave you countless words of advice how to improve youself, other staff members have told you what you need to do, and the only ignoring we've done is to ignore the countless possibilities we had to ban you, but held off. You have driven yourself into topics with a full steamed head ready for a fight in topics where were having a mature conversation, most of the time bashing staff members. How are we supposed to respond to that?

You have ignored every piece of advice we have tried to give you, it's out of our hands. If you want to leave, that is your choice, it was not because of us. This is the result of you and you alone.

Am I blaming you for it? Absalutely not. I am not blaming you, and I'm not judging you, leaving is your own peragadive. Wether you take our advice or not is up to you, but you must be willing to accept the consiquences. I do hope though that if you come back, you'll come back with the willingness to keep calm, and listen to the staff.

All we can do is forgive people their mistakes and give some constructive criticism, if not advice. Follow it or not is up to the person who receives it.

Don't know where it gone wrong or why people got so little trust in each other, but know that some can be trusted.

I agree with everything Strelok has said so far. TTFF has a new low. Aurorae was a terrible admin. And now that she's gone, Another terrible staff member takes her place. How long is going to go on for, CLF? TTFF won't last forever. I'll see to it that it won't.
