This is a crossover between Sonic The Hedgehog, AkumaTH's Comics, Archie Comics, and various cartoon and comic fandoms.
Characters:
Shadow: One of the two main characters. He rented a part of the condo with Tails, and hates it, due to the neighbours. He doesn't care what happens in the condo.
Tails: One of the two main characters. He rented a part of the condo with Shadow, and he seems to like it, despite the neighbours. He seems to care what happens in the condo.
Akuma: The owner of the condo. He lives in the highest part of the condo. Not much else is known about him.
Archie: The local goofball. He lives a few houses down.
Jake: The insane wierdo. He lives in the back of the condo.

There's more characters, but these are the main ones. I'll write it when I'm ready.
