Title: Bad Connection Lately

As of late my dad has been messing with our connection to get it to run on optimal performance. However, it has become obvious that he is doing something wrong because it's SO much slower.
How slow?
What I have for real:
2 MB DSL Wireless
4 GB of RAM
No Spyware
XP SP3
What it seems like:
Dial-up
Half a gig
Riddled with Spyware
Vista
I can't even check my G-mail properly. It's a wonder how I got on here.
Until further notice, my visitation is limited.
