Yeah I think Tails is kind of a brighter color orange these days. So I voted that. Yellow itself is a bit to bright for him in my opinion. :P I just flat-out don't like the brown version of him that much. He was cute though, still is. =3

Hmm Hmm.... Tails is ochre yellow... something in between yellow and orange, but a little more yellow than orange.

I must say I'd also like brown Tails too. Though I like the more mature Tails' yellow/ orange/ ochre yellow.

I'd think Tails more of a yellow ochre than a straight orange. However in the circumstances - I pick orange

Orange > Yellow > Brown.

Though I think the AOSTH brown Tails' shape is better than the Sonic 06 yellowish Tails.

He was brown for AOSTH,SATAM,and the USA comic (Same thing as SATAM) back in the 90's

I prefer the orange fur. I think that best suits Tails. Yellow is a bit too bright for him and brown, as much as I like it, is kinda outdated.

I picked yellow. Orange remembers me his style on Megadrive with some wonderful games as Sonic 2 or 3. Tails is a little more bright today so this explains my choice.

A lot of people get my fan character Sunshine confused with Tails because he has yellow. I tell them Tails is orange not bright yellow like my char! It annoys me a lot...

I dunno, probably orange the best since I grew up with Sonic 2 and 3. ^_^

I voted orange. Like said above, he's not exactly yellow and he's more like a yellow orange. Straight up orange would be way too bright for him.

Orange looks best, its more fitting for the character IMO since he's always been that color throughout the game series (and I am primarily a fan of the oldschool games). Plus, its closer to a Japanese Red Fox, which is reddish orange (Picture here)

I didn't like the "cartoon" brown at all, looked unusual for a fox and ugly IMO ^^;.

Although he does sort of actually looks like a red fox species, He's actually a fennec fox, which are known most for their bigger ears.

His ears dont look that big... heh.

Yea, if he was Fennic, he would be smaller, light brown and his ears would be VERY, VERY big ^^;. Picture of a Fennic
