The R can stand for 'recognition', or 'repair', etc.
And if that was all he was banned for, that comes off as a little silly to me. There may be more to it, but I find that I care significantly less than when I made this topic.

Not to say I agree with it, but there is a little something more, but it is not my business to divulge it.
