Tails would be the obvious choice to most here, but thinking about it... I'd bring Sonic to life. He would be more useful to the world than any of the other characters.

I love his personality, it's so cute! He's so sweet and nervous, not to mention that he's awfully nice and very accepting! He'd make for a great friend.
Along with that, his psychokinesis would be AWESOME to witness in real life, and it'd make hanging out just the more fun.
I could seriously ramble about this for an hour, so I'll stop while I'm ahead. xD
