As far as I can remember, we have had problems with ban dodging. Let me reiderate that ban dodging is not allowed. If we ban you, that obvisouly means that we don't want you on the forums, because we believe that your behavior is not approiate for the forums, so there is no use in creating a new account. We will ban any ban dodgers, even if they don't have a full warn level. You get your chance with your original account, and if you get banned, too bad. If we do feel that you can behave again though, we will unban your old account. Creating a new account to dodge bans though, will prevent this from ever happening.

I also have very good experiance with ban dodgers, and I know how they think. Please don't ask me why, it is a question I don't want to answer, but I am very good with spotting multiple accounts/ban dodgers.
