Okay guys. Mind me establishing a couple rules for this forum. =)

When making a good-bye topic, you must firmly say you are leaving for whatever reason.

If you are going to leave on vacation for a while and will be absent, just simply make a good-bye topic, say bye to your friends, etc. However, if you are going on vacation or taking a break, please make sure your break is maybe 2-3 days or longer, it cannot be any less. Or else, you wanna know what's gonna happen? This place is going to turn into Spam World II, because people are going to be making tons of topics of them leaving.
Example, you're having your best friend over for a sleep-over on the weekend, just like I do with Spooky. I don't make a good-bye topic stating that I will not be here for about the next 24 hours. Also, I wouldn't want to make a good-bye topic when I usually get on for a few minutes while Spooky is over, because we both have business to take care of on the computer, like forums we go to and our DeviantART accounts.

Now, this one is the most important:
Good-bye topics stating that you are leaving because you got sick of this place or you are getting bored:
When making a good-bye topic, you can NOT be persuaded to stay. From now on, I do not want to see any more of this, for example:
Immortal Cookie: I am leaving because I am so sick of this place!
Spooky: NO!! OMG please don't go!! ;_;
Immortal Cookie: Naw, I think I'm gonna leave.
Spooky: Please stay. ;_;
Immortal Cookie: D'aaaw, all right, I guess I will stay.

^This crap is now restricted. If you are leaving due to boredom or you are getting stressed out with this place, then you must mean it; if you say you are leaving, then do it. That's what the good-bye forum is for. It's to make a topic stating that you will be gone for longer than 2-3 days.

Don't allow yourself to be persuaded to stay. If I see a topic like this in here, then you are getting your topic closed, trashed, and your account can be suspended, for..hmmm, maybe no longer than a week? I'll have to discuss that with the staff.
BUT, that's what you are going to get if you make a good-bye topic and then you are persuaded to stay. You SAID you were leaving, so guess what? You are gone for a short period of time so it looks like you DID leave. You said it, you do it, otherwise, it's you say it, you GET it.

Also, anyone who decides to leave MUST leave. If we see you sneaking around two days after you "said" you left then we will have a little talk with you and possibly suspend your account. We are stopping attention seeking topics. Anymore of these and there will be reprocutions.
