What are the benefits? Well - the main reason is that the comics automatically update when you specify, and that navigation between the different comics is all done for you through PHP.

All you have to do is give each comic a title (optional) and rename each comic strip to the date you want it uploaded. Date is in YYMMDD format.
Sound confusing? Well, actually - it's very simple.
If you want a comic to update on the 9th January 2007 - then you rename the comic to 070109.filetype - where the filetype is ".bmp, .jpg, .gif, .png".
For titles, you basically edit a file I've placed in your directory.
If you've done coding before, it's a piece of cake. If you've never done it before, it's really simple - I could teach my 7 year old brother how to do it in seconds. =D
