as mentioned in a the update topic in the forum news, staff has made the drafted rules their official rule set. some changes include the combining, and adding of rules along with the subtraction of some restated or unnecessary rules. during this topic i will explain reasoning and all behind the changes.

this verse means that if there is something not placed in the rules or seen as something that should be known already not being followed (such as coming here and putting hate lists in your signatures and profiles) we will deem it as lack of common sense, and act according to how we feel is the best way of remedying the situation. respecting one another means that if we feel you are not being a positive member within this forum we can once again act accordingly. this means a lot less loopholes in the rules, and a lot more room for staff to be able to act on things that need intervention (if staff chooses to intervene).

in the warning system there are a few changes. we added a statement on verbal and physical warns as to expunge the level of confusion in that area. along with that we removed the parts in the rules area about getting warned unless it was something like direct ban or suspension, because people were confused as to which type of warn they deserve. well now you dont need to worry because there is no area of confusion as that has been stated as a staff decision.

staff will be more subject to obeying the rules but this is already a given. its just now admins will enforce the fact that staff should be acting properly, meaning if a member feels a staff member is going over their power, or if they have any real concerns about a staff member they can send a pm to the admins, and we will look into the matter.

swearing rule will be more enforced. this is a site on tails....its not really a place that needs cursing so as of now a post with more than one filtered area will be edited if staff feels it necessary.

SIGNATURES ARE NOW ONLY TO BE 250 PIXAL HEIGHT. this means that we will be asking various members to reduce their signatures. it will not be an emidiate change as we will for now be fine with sigs at 300
