Yes, thats the correct breakdown, the other breakdown by Gunnies is misisng the sonic clips.

no, sonic clip rise would not have full charges in 34, 23, 12
is it possible to get a t1 charge in rising fans?

It would be possible, but you'd have to do a sonic clip 12-t1, and even if you did do the charge, it wouldn't really look that good because it wouldn't be smooth.

Well what we call rising fans doesn't include sonic clip T2 and charge T1.
Same with sonic rise. Sonic rise is Sonic 34-23 -> Sonic 23-12
If it's a rise why isn't it Sonic 34-23 -> Sonic 23-12 -> Sonic 12-T1?
The answer is because no one uses sonic 12-T1 or sonic clip T2.
