I went to Wal Mart today and as I was browsing through the pens section, I noticed a different kind of papermate profile. It was retractable, but it look way different than a Dong-a Anyball. It was much thinner and had a grip that looked like an extended RSVP grip. What I want to know is : Have they been selling these at your local Wal Mart? (U.S. and Canada only I think) and Are the "anyball" profiles still being restocked at your Local Wal Mart?

Sounds interesting, can you get a picture of it on the internet? What are they called? You should have bought some and shown them to us.

As for the Profiles, I believe they are still being restocked here.

I looked at the back of the packaging, and it had the same description as the 4 pack of assorted color papermate profile, except the thin profiles were a 2 pack. I'll try to buy some and take a picture of it if I go to Wal Mart sometime.

I think i saw some weird Profiles in Austria... They looked like a Dr. Grip, maybe a little thinner^^

Whoa, those look weird. But apparently, papermate reuses names or something, because I found another pen thats called papermate profile, and it looks different than both of them.

i think they call them papermate profiles becuase of their ink tube

i'm not sure, but the one killsburydohboy shows doesnt have the "super bold writing" on the packaging.
the other two do.

gah. i hope they dont change the profile from the dong-a style to the other ones :blink:
