When I looked around for more info, I found out that dolphins and whales do this. Maybe someone saw a whale do it and said "I could do that too!"

anyways, i know how to do it, but i cant
you gotta go as deep into the water as you can, then turn your head so it faces upwards. then say "pop" as expressive* as you can

Actually I have tried this many times.
I can do pretty good rings but not as god as that guy.
You dont need to dive so deep to do it, but the rings will be more nice if you do.

Thats really cool. One of the replies said all you have to do to make the bubblerings is to go to the bottom of the pool and point your head up. Then yell "POP!", and its supposed to make rings.

Thats amazing, I should try it. I still dont get how the red object he put on the bubble ring kept rotating several times around it. Ill try penspinning on it if I make one XD.

I tried it last night in my pool and it actually worked! It wasn't as perfect as the guy in the video, nor did it stay in its form for a long time, it still works though. Pretty amazing.
