Can somebody show with a vid/tell me with words just exactly how you do this trick. maybe somebody could post a vid with a good angle of it, then a slow mo-ed part. i would be very grateful to anybody who posts back for me :D

Hold the pen in 12.
Start with a charge reverse in 12.
When the cap of the pen is facing down, try really hard to hit the pen upwith your ring finger.
Now you should have made a middle finger.
Place your middle finger above the pen.
