Pentel is a Japanese Company so maybe you can buy HGGs in Asia.

I may call Pentel later to check that out. I dont think scanning the pentel catalog would be useful. Only RSVP and HGG :P

Asia should still have HGGs being sold, so I bet you China would have em. PDS stocks up on pretty much every pen now, so you can guarantee they got HGGs.
