Description: tips?

FallenSeraph - August 23, 2006 04:22 AM (GMT)
ive never properly learned this trick =( but looks good in some gold vids, so decided i might try it. so far it hasnt been one of those tricks u jus practice until u get it(although it might jus be i havent been practicing enough)

any tips??
lik is it easier to start weiss or korean bak?
positioning of fingers?

vicgotgame1 - August 23, 2006 04:34 AM (GMT)
i forgot how i learned this trick or combo but im sure that it was easy to get. If u already have the FL rev TA and Weiss BA then it should be easy (well for me it was). The Weiss way is easiest for me but the Korean way doesnt require much hand movement than the Weiss way. ill let someone else give a description of how the trick is done. :D

I can never get this trick down though I've been trying for so long lol. Hope there's some detailed help around.

eh false alarm. i used a big stick to practice, so now i can actually land it with my mx. now all i need to do is practice.

but i guess u can still put some tips up...

try tilting your hand into a curved thumbs up after the backaround

FooK - August 23, 2006 02:01 PM (GMT)
tips to darkarcher then.
The weissan way is easier but doesnt look as good.
The korean way is a bit harder but looks way better and flows perfectly in any combo, i tend to use it alot.
ill try to explain it in a korean way, mainly how u might want to start is to hold it in a 50/50 position, by that i mean, not palm down, not palm up, but in the middle of those2.
When u do the throw u want to shut ur indexfinger and thumb together, when the pen has gotten over ur indexfinger and is getting to ur thumb, just winkle the hand palm up and catch it.
maybe it was too many random words? ill do a tutorial if needed.

oh its easy, i invented it....

do the bak, then just let it continue aroudn your thumb, as simple as that. No need to think of it as two tricks combo, think of it as one bak that goes through your thumb, thats all.

yessir - August 23, 2006 02:56 PM (GMT)
can someone post a vid of this combo? i think know what it is i just need to make sure hehe

They way Fook explained it would be the way I would explain it but also once the backaround is completed tilt your hand with the pinched index and thumb into the pen so it spins around it.

The Weissian(did i spell that correctly?) way:

In my opinion, the Weissan backaround looks better. Korean bak is great though if you don't want it to stand out <_<

Zombo - June 1, 2007 01:58 AM (GMT)
you can't do the real version? wtf?

you never learned weissian backaround? :jawdrop:

Eso - June 1, 2007 01:59 AM (GMT)
I did. I just don't know how to make it go into the FL TA Rev. Perhaps I should map it. LOL

EDIT: I just did one. Hurray.

I agree with Zombo this trick i very easy trick. Just do a weissan backaround then stick u your thumb and with a little practice it's easy. When I first started learning you need to twist your hand a bit. Watch the vid on turtlespin, I just picked it up from that. You don't need to know the fl ta rev.

kasra12321 - June 1, 2007 05:04 AM (GMT)
the way i learned it, i did a bakaround, then i cought it in my thumb flat. Then i did a FL TA. I did this over and over agian util it got smooth.

Haha, good video tutorial, Eso. Been meaning to learn this and using your vid i learned it in about 10 minutes.
