Gravity BackAround is a BackAround done without hand movements.
For the video, here's the link:
http://www.pentrix.com/upsb2/viewtopic.php?t=4524It's in the 7th part, the second trick.

you can kinda push the pen with your middle finger to help.

Uhm ?!
Push with Middle ?
I thought of push with Thumb.
What is right ?
And how to push with Middle ?

You use the counter momentum of another trick to 'push' the pen.

I'm not sure about the Middle finger, but try doing a Sonic 23-12 (the hand should be positioned diagonally) before doing the Gravity Bak.
When the Sonic 23 finishes, the COP of the pen should be above the fingers, the tip of the pen pointing over the top of the Index finger. The weight of the pen should make it fall right over and around the Index finger in a basic Backaround motion. As the pen gets about 1/2 way around the Index finger, move the hand in the same way you would to finish a normal Backaround.

I thought you could still move your hand, but not your wrist?

I believe that you don't use your hand to initially get the pen over the Index finger, you let the pen's position and gravity do that.
After the pen is already falling over the finger, and gravity's job is done, it makes sense to me to manuever the pen however you want to properly catch it. Since it is a Backaround variation, you may as well catch it by moving the hand as you would to catch a normal Backaround. I don't see why your wrist should be any more, or less, involved than normal.
