An Inverse Warped Sonic is:

Charge 12 -> Pass Reverse 12-23

If you twist your hand while performing the trick, it will allow it to flow better. [I myself usually go from palm down to palm sideways]

Inverse Double Charge 23:

Inverse Twisted Sonic > Pass Reverse 12-23 > Charge 0.5 23

or, more precisely:

Charge Normal 1.0 23 > Pass Normal 23-12 [p][s 0.5] ~ Charge 12 [s 0.5] ~ Pass Reverse 12-23 ~ Charge 23 [s 0.5][c]
