Backaround 1.5+ is a backspin. just like when the pen spins on the thumb it is a thumbspin, then the pen spins on the back of the hand it is a backspin.

like what mats said,
thumbaround- once around the thumb
backaround- just once

thumbspin- many times on the thumb
backspin many times

Is this a BackSpin, too or must it to spin more on the back than the fingers?

That is pretty much fingerspins.

A point to note: although it's not wrong to say the BackAround with more than 1 spin is the BackSpin, it's not always right for the other way round (i.e. BackSpin is BackAround with more than 1 spin). The BackSpin covers a much wider area than the BackAround. Unlike the BackAround which limits the path of the pen to up the hand, the BackSpin does not impose any limitations to the path of the pen. In other words, the NeoBackAround is also a variation of the BackSpin. So, unless the official definitions of the BackSpin is established, I'd discourage the use of BackSpin to represent the BackAround with more than 1 spin.
