use Media Player Classic to slow down a video using the left and right arrow keys.

You can open a video in windows movie maker to play it frame by frame too. If you want it real slow.

1. I highly suggest you learn sonic-clip before you learn this. (I think PSConclave actually has a full tutorial for sonic clip). You need to have a good charge 13, which is what you learn from sonic clip. Basically what you do is start in 12, begin a charge motion, move your middle finger out of the way, continue with a charge 13, and move your middle finger back to finish the rotation with a charge 23.

This should all be 1 total rotation. It might be easier to practice moonwalk sonic clip until you have the motion down.

2. This one is kind of a mix between indexaround and thumbaround. It's like an indexaround in that it has the same type of push (3 pushing against 2 to get a spin going). It's like a thumbaround in that it spins in somewhat the same place. Hold the pen between 1 and 2 with your thumb folded down. Now fold in both 1 and 2, with 2 being more folded. This should start the pen spinning counterclockwise. The release will be a matter of trial and error to get right, but at some point before your fingers are folded all the way, release the pen to spin kind of on top of your thumb. This trick then is pretty easy to catch. It should spin for 0.5 rotations.

3. This is a pretty hard trick. It is done palm down. Hold the pen between 1 and 2 with the COP on the palm side. Start with the pen kind of at a facing-up angle. When you start the trick, let the pen's angle fall with gravity as you move your hand away from you and up. This will take a lot of practice to get right, but eventually the pen should make 1 full rotation moving from the starting position, and over your middle finger to be caught in 23.

4. I don't really know anything about how to do this trick.

:? I thought basketball spins were done palm perpendicular to the ground.
