Title: New confirmation screen for multiple choices polls

Since it seems stupidity is incurable, when you select multiple choices when making poll, meaning you are letting the user select more than one answer when they vote, it will open a confirmation screen asking if you REALLY WANT to do that, or you were just dumb and you wanted to make several poll options (obviously) but only 1 ANSWER to select when you vote.
Try it out for yourself... if you still make a mistake, then I think I'm going to start handing warnings and bans.

because I hate to see polls where you can vote everything, what's the point of leaving it open, since ppl are naturally going to goof around and vote all the options, thus messing your poll...
I've said this so many times and there are still people doing this mistake so I have no choice but to punish those now.

I've made the warning prompt message a bit more explicit. Next person to make a stupid poll gets automatic 6-hours suspension.
Warning message tested on Opera, IE. Don't complain.

Uh dude, you CAN make a new account, but its just alot of work, and if you are willing to go through all of that, and perhaps even making a new email, then go ahead. No ones stopping you. And go ahead and make another multiple choice poll. It takes probably 5 seconds of a moderators time to lock, and maybe up to 30 minutes of your time to make a new account.

yea this does get quite annoying...and i think i remember making multiple accounts on a different forum and they made it so i couldnt make another account i think...it was a long time ago so i dont really remember
