Title: Fork Throwing

UnEmploymentDude - October 11, 2006 04:52 AM (GMT)
I just watched mystery men for the third time two days ago, and wondered, is there a technique to throw forks? Or do I have to create one?

Discuss.

You throw them like a club... just let them rotate in the air...

First off the bat, why do you want to fork throw?

Second, hold the fork toward the non-forked end, throw with a flick of the wrist and movement of the elbow and arm. A straight follow through and clean release are the key to accuracy, technique more than strength is the key to speed of the throw.

Depends whether you want to throw the fork like a mini-javelin or spin it through the air.
