It looks like the trick spins on both the Index and Thumb, making it a variation of Fulltap Reverse (Fake Reverse). The Thumb is what moves the pen, but it's the motion of the hand that actually provides the push rather than the Thumb moving independantly from the hand to push the pen. The Thumb is moved in a similar way to how one would perform a FL TA Rev.

Anyway, I would be comfortable calling that a Fingerless Fulltap Reverse (Fingerless Fake Reverse) mainly because I already do that trick, and that's what I call it myself. :lol:

Performing it directly after a NeoSonic 12-T1 is pretty fun.
