As far as America (or anywhere else) how easy do you think they our to get?

I would really like to know if anyone else in the U.S. or even outside can get these as well as me.
I don't need them, I just wanted to see if anyone else could get the pens to make this mod I made throughout the past few days.

Not the Sensors or the pens just the mechanical pencils. I coudn't find a picture of it.
