yes, bic great grips i believe.

Elky - December 6, 2006 05:00 AM (GMT)
the inside looks like he poured black nail polish or something.. lol.

Maybe spraypainted in there :\

It is actually a RoseArt GreatGrips that you are referring to, I know as I know you and that is what we used to always use. I think this is a different kind of RoseArt grip that is exactly the same except they have different colors and is slightly translucent. I can not think of the name at the moment.

Anyways about the mod.
It looks like a Smokegrey RzDzl with a different grip and a clear cap from a regular RSVP with a pink sunburst grip in the back and a different grip, so I don't think that there needs to be a tutorial for your own personally modified MX. Unless there is something that I am completely missing and there is something really different about this besides the color scheme and grip difference and possibly tip difference (I can't really see it)

edit
or it could just be exploded ink in a regular RSVP body

godofdeath_ - December 6, 2006 03:50 PM (GMT)
im pretty sure the grip comes form a Bic-matic Grip mechanical pencil.

strat1227 - December 6, 2006 06:52 PM (GMT)
well its kinda a mix between ed sect and godofdeath's ideas....... i found a RSVP body (no cap no grip no ink) on the ground at school one day.... but it wasnt like one id ever seen..... it had a purple tube and gold lettering..... i liked it so i put black ink in it, a cap from a black pen, and a black grip...... the ink then exploded giving it the black body color (but if you hold it up to the light it turnes purple again... i can post a pic if youd like)..... then gizzard gave me a pink grip (from some mechanical pencil im not sure which one)..... then we decided we needed a pink something to go in the cap.....so gizzard ran around the school untill he stumbled across some pink gift/tissue paper.... so we rolled that up and put it in the cap..... and thats how it came into creation B)

i think it looks REALLY good when you spin it.....

EDIT: oh yea and the ink kinda leaked out of the back just a little bit so it kinda stained the end of the cap to give it that transition look from the black to the pink in the cap.... if you look at the link you can see what im talking about

I think it was just a regular BK91 RSVP :\.

don't all BK91s have gold writing? :\

strat1227 - December 6, 2006 09:54 PM (GMT)
i dont know.... the only RSVPs ive ever seen were at the walmart lol....they only had clear bodies

Eburt - December 6, 2006 11:32 PM (GMT)
That would be an RSVP Razzle Dazzle, which are available at Wallmart usually as well as some other random stores... they all have colored translucent barrels and gold writing, I believe because they are the medium line kind (gold writing). The fine line have silver writing, which interestingly, can be "erased" much easier than the gold writing (but I don't think are available for RzDz)...

vicgotgame1 - December 6, 2006 11:52 PM (GMT)
i have made one of these before but mine was writable, and yea it does look good when its spun.

if that's the one on the front it's the same as a bic matic grip. i've been doing that for a long time. i remember someone asking about it before i released it as my own and even then someone said it's been done.

ed sect mobile - December 7, 2006 05:29 AM (GMT)
bicMatics are smaller and fit more tightly around the rsvp...
I knowith my gripiths.

Trogz - December 7, 2006 06:29 AM (GMT)
did quest replace greatgrips? no, maybe not, greatgrips are black body, no transluscent

godofdeath_ - December 8, 2006 07:40 AM (GMT)
i kinda used to have a pen like that, my ink tube also exploaded for no apprent reason (abuse and cronic droping) any ways.. i donno if u can call that a mod tho.. lol.. its kinda like a V1 and V2 combined.......

strat1227 - December 8, 2006 07:46 PM (GMT)
yea ive semi-converted it into a mx mod.... it looks like this now....
