HGG and RSVP can be hardly found in one country. So one of the 2 parts was traded and is not common in the traders country. This makes the value rise so don't cry about 20 cents ...

Okay? I thought you can find HGGs and RSVPs in USA. Btw, why 4 bucks? the whole RSVP MX pen is maximum cost of 2 bucks.

You just dont under stand it, theres pen costs and labor costs and all those other costs.
I even asked DA about it he said 5-10 dollars considering he charges 15$ for an hg3r

hggs are a little over 1 dollar if you buy a 12 pack from staples. rsvps are anywhere from 50 cents to 1 dollar.
and if there's no staples around you, you'll have to buy them online and there comes the shipping, jacking up the price.
average mx should be about 3 dollars.

Actually you can't really put a price on a mod although you can add up the base cost of all the pens for a rough gauge. There's effort, shipping (more if you needa get parts from different places), quality... all sorts. Like all hobbies, passion and interest may drive a person to pay more than the average cost for a mod, but the satisfaction derived is pricless (in a sense).

As always, I try to encourage people to mod themselves and buy when only necessary.
