Just wanted to know if fist spin is mentioned before in the pen spinning world. Basically the pen spins on the fist. (palm faces upwards, curl the palm into a fist, and the pen spins on it).

Ok. Made the vid. The angle makes this trick look like it spins o the middle finger(I can't get my cam to shoot a top view), but if you see it from your point of view, it spins on the fist. Well not your whole fist, just balancing on top of 1 or 2 fingers and spinning right there, which makes it look like spinning on the fist.

There are quite a few variations, 12-12, 12-T1 etc etc. One crazier one is fist spin the pen on the middle finger and then flip your hand over, and do a cobra stall while the pen is still spinning. Sweet. Well I still can't do that though.

looks cool, but i wont say that its a fist spin, i thought it spins on the back of ur hand... but it looks like a multiple scissor spin

Yeah I also though you meant that it would spin on the back of your hand, like a palmspin, except with your fist closed and the pen spinning nearer/on your fingers rather then your palm.

But I think its a cool looking tricking that can be developed into multiple spins variations and possibly an ariel transition from a fist spin > palm spin/backhand spin.

Reminds me of the Spider Spin.

A spider spin starts with half a TA. This trick is fingerless(sortof) and it doesn't have the "spidey" style. Maybe spider spin is another variation of it? :HMMM: :HMMM:

It spins on the same part of the finger(s) as the Spider Spin, which as of now does not have a category of its own.
