Title: Neosonic Reverse
trottsdude - January 5, 2007 10:33 PM (GMT)
i was fiddling around and i couldnt find anything good to link from neosonic. soooo i found out a way to kinda do a neosonic harmonic type of thing which looks pretty sweeeet. you have to push the end kinda with ur index finger andcatch it with ur middle finger so that it does like a reverse motion
this could open up to a neosonic harmonic... and a reverse drummer
not really sure if its a good idea but whatever u guys can look-
youtubebtw u have to catch it at the very end of the pen. i kinda messed up the first time in the vid.
Thread title changed.

There should be a rule were you can only post a topic with the words "new" and "trick" together when you have 500+ posts... it is getting kind of annoying.

Neosonic reverse has existed for as long as neosonic normal has existed. People do them all the time  Check out the advanced tack-on, someone did a neosonic reverse T2-23

Since Neo Sonic ends in the thumbflap, Neo Sonic Reverse should be quite an awkward trick to do. It would have to start from inside the thumbflap, probably with a fingerless push.
@AsianTim: the moves in your YouTube video may be called PassAround Reverse 12-T1 > PassAround Normal T1-12.

PassAround uses a FingerLess push as well.

Really? I've never heard that before. I thought that Passaround was half of an around, it has an around push (a finger push) but only goes half-way, like a Pass.

Whats the difference between an around push and a pass push?
sketching - January 6, 2007 08:05 PM (GMT)
Passes are always held between the fingers: either the first 2 during the push, all 3 during the transition, or the last 2 during the catch.
Arounds have move of a flick to push with that lets the pen move around a finger without being held by anything until the catch.

Whoops. I kinda meant an Around push. Sorry. My mistake. I think the 'NeoSonics' have a normal Pass push, and not an Around push.

wow im confused but i think im doin something different. mine actually starts in the thumbflap.
MuChO_LoCo - January 7, 2007 05:32 AM (GMT)
uhhh i think im doing it wrong, i kind of catch the neosonic closer to the tips of my thumb+index because thats what i saw in the adv tackon vid
