If you have a Eyetoy for PS2, use that, really good ^^
If you mean program to make videos, Windows Movie Maker wors pretty much fine.

Um, no. What i want to ask is Software for camera, not for editing.

Try using virtualdub:
http://virtualdub.sourceforge.net/You have to go to File > Capture AVI to use the capturing program.

yeah i have a prob too.
i have windows moviemaker, and i click capture video
its supposed to list all the things hooked up to my computer that CAN capture video, and i choose one. i have 1 webcam plugged in, but it lists NOTHING. the computer doesnt recognize the existance of my cam =[. is there a way to fix this, r do i just have a messed up webcam?

Maybe you didn't install the proper drivers or something, I dunno, I've never had a webcam. But my camera works fine with movie maker.
