Which one do you like better?

Not neccesarily who would win in a member vs member battle, just collecively, videowise, way things run, etc.

True i guess, but you can also knowalot even not by posting.

For example, pds registrations are so limited to koreans and exlusive. It kind of symbolizes a greedy kind of feel.

Jeb however, is as open as any forum, and also even allows english introductions, even though the forum is obviously japanese.

to moderately eliminate the bias, PDS has a much mroe organized board, with PDS and those "tutroal" things, so has more features.

Pretty clear result imo

JEB completely turned me off with their ps video nudity. So I voted PDS even though my favorite spinner is in JEB.

PenDolSa allowed people to post English. CrAsH made a topic to promote my copy of Sangkm 11th and the Koreans replied in English as well.

Not everybody is polite in JEB but w.e. PDS can look mean if you are not korean. Its liike kinda 21st century "culture"(?)

and all this financial improvements done to PDS is used for pen spinning's sake.
For example, MR.LSC used a lot of this profit to host a gathering/offline pen battle for PenDolSa (money goes to-> renting the place, video cameras, computer, stage set for battles, prizes for contests and prizes for the battle)
(THIS GATHERING WAS YESTERDAY AND I MISSED IT!!!!!!)

i like pds's spinning more than jeb but i havent really seen that much of the pds vids. and i have never been to the pds forums cuz even if i was there i couldnt do anything so i guess i would say pds cuz i like there spinning

Language barriers always form misconceptions. Good thing we have blackhero here to help clear things up.

I can't choose which one I like better. Like firebird said, I don't understand the content of the boards, but I like them both.

Well, JEB seems to be alot more open in terms of collabs.

I mean, we've seen things like the PSN collabs, personal collabs like Pesp, but we barely see korean collabs being posted here.

Also, there are the ps promos on youtube. I think their really great, compiling pen spinning clips, and even showing them to everyone on youtube.

And that brings up another point. It seems that PDSspinners are the only ones mad when someone takes a clip without permission, even if its just promotional. It makes me think they are much more "uptight"

It is a shame there is no one on UCPSB actively that is a also a active member of JEB to clarify like blackhero did.

And one last thing

1.They sell mods that are created by other people, and that's just unethical. Doesn't matter that they use the money to create "offline pen battle for PenDolSa"; people post instructions FOR FREE on the internet on how to make mods that they have invested time and money into. The reason why these people don't patent their mods and make huge profits out of an online store is because they want to share their ideas and because they're NOT GREEDY. If LSC wants to make money to fund such events, then he should do it the right way: by selling only original PDS mods/merchandise.

2.So you say that "PDS just seeks a more easier/faster way to deliver and promote pen spinning through this sell. which promotes PS". The store acts as a monopoly on on the global pen market rather than a middleman for trading partners, so of course it's an easier and faster (and not to mention overpriced) way to deliver the goods. But at what cost, both financially and to the limitation of avenues for personal trading?

3.On the 'cheapening' point...I didn't want to elaborate on it too much since it has to do with my dislike of their spinning style/culture. I'm not about to start up shit about this again, because it's only my opinion and everyone's had enough of the new/old school debate. If you're going to flame me about this, then do it somewhere else at your own risk.

as usually, UCPSBers is always saying the "worst" sights.
It's beginning as a polls,
and you're finding ways to criticize everything.

Just stay calm, you're all talking about boards that you dont even know, Blackhero is the only one here who can criticize his own board OR NOT.

If somebody in PDS would criticize UCPSB, y'all guys would say "hey he doesnt' even know what he's talkin about !!"
So try to think a bit more about what you said because, you're saying that PDS is inward, but, if you criticize like that, I can understand why they dont come here...

Even Blackhero who is a nice guy spend his time trying to defend PDS but anyway, it seems that nothing can stop the pessismistic ton of UCPSB...

Spider: the poll you've made is interesting, it deals with some great boards, both of them.

BUt the answer which is given are disappointing me a bit, because you just say "PDS+1" or "love love love JEB"

I do talk daily with members of each of the two boards. And everyone is nice over there, they just have different way of seeing penspinning.
UCPSB has his own way too and that's great.
