it use all bic material and is a doublesided retractable.
materials:
1) 2 bic widebody
2) one bic clik pen
3) 2 bictory caps
4) tape
5) a toothpick
6) something thin (tweezers)
It is very cheap and spin ok. weight is about 8 grams..medium weight.

Looks to me that it's a lot like the retractable comssa with those materials.
