for all those people out there who play badminton, what tricks can you do with just the raquet?

Well i dont regularly spin badminton rackets cause i dont have any. But last week we were doing badminton and speedminton in PE so i got to do a few things.

You can do some pretty good moves with'em, like TA and Sonic Rise Fall Harmonic (but you have to watch not to hit your face). I wouldve tried more but my PE teachers were gettin mad and said to play instead of twirl the racket. :rolleyes: <_<

I tried that once while playing badminton in school. The teacher got mad at me. He said i destroyed the raquets :angry: I managed to do fingerpass and fingerpass rev

haha it's fun to spin raquets but also bad for the raquet when you drop it like my nanospeed =(

i did cont backs, cont index around, fingerpass.. that twirling thingy nonsense. change hands, throw up.

do you mean PS tricks with a racket or trick shots?

xD too heavy, but i can do 1 fake that i saw on utube (only against nubs tho)

eh.. itz said that what can you do with only the racket. nothing to hit. so no trick shots.

All I can do with a Badminton Racquet is triangle pass and backaround.

ThumbAround, Fingerless ThumbAround, IndexAround (very sketchy and weird), BackAround, ThumbSpin. I used to play badminton like 3/4 times a week :lol:

I don't really try any tricks on my raquet, but I can do some. I've done only thumbaround and fingerpass though because I care about my raquet. I even got a few sharpies and drew a design of a heartless emblem on one side, and a nobody emblem on the other. KH2 ftw

It means I used to play 0.75 times a week!

By manipulation, I can do a sonic or spin the raquet where the head meets the shaft.

By tricks, I can throw it bhind my back and catch it in one hand.

I was forced to play Badminton in PE class too. I'm either suprisingly good, or my partners suck. Well, she was looking at her nails and split ends half the time, so I'm not suprised. :lol: I used to do fingerpasses and TA harmonics while waiting for her to pick up the birdy.

Woah, i'm so glad there is a topic already posted about this, hahah. I thought i was the only one that got a kick out of penspinning their badmitton racket like a badass!!
