No, I seriously doubt it anyway. The little holes in plastic are just too little, and it's black all the way through.

I highly doubt that would work. But someone tried spray painting bic caps a while back and said that worked. Theres a pic somewhere in "Show Off Your Pens" but i'm too lazy to look... might be around page 30-50 if you feel motivated though...

Edit: Never mind... that pic wasn't painted caps... but I know I saw/heard about someone doing this and I believe it worked out well for them.

Spray paint works. i recommend putting liquid paint on it, but no thick liquid. thin liquid
