No offence, but how is this a manipulation... I kinda think it should be moved to Spammers Bin unless you can justify it... cool car though!

darkinertia - March 6, 2007 03:11 AM (GMT)
drifting isnt a manipulation? you are after all, manipulating the car... and its an artform i guess lol

Eburt - March 6, 2007 03:12 AM (GMT)
meh, ok... I guess that works... wanna post a vid maybe? I'd like to see how that compares to drifting a real car...

darkinertia - March 6, 2007 03:22 AM (GMT)
i got a bunch of noob vids i filmed a while back...ill cut some clips out and post in a min

spin~TAP - March 6, 2007 03:28 AM (GMT)
I DID THOSE!!!!!!! wow, they're $50 for the starter kit and I ended up spending a total of $150, yeah, expensive toys to say the least, mine would kick yours' booty.

firebird - March 6, 2007 03:48 AM (GMT)
Sorry, I think it's more fun drifting in an actual car. :dunno:

Btw, how do those Jolt energy drinks taste?

darkinertia - March 6, 2007 03:53 AM (GMT)
yeah it is, but i dunno...this is cheaper :P

and i dunno....its fully hopped-up...im putting lithium ions and a new stiletto chassis in(not the knife stiletto like the one in the pic lol)

jolt owns btw...taste very good but not too much of a jolt if i say so myself

Agreed. Blue ftw, too. Its a good substitute for soda for me too, because the carbination destroys my insides. But yeah...

darkinertia - March 6, 2007 04:16 AM (GMT)
yeah thats one of the reasons im selling my pens so i can hop up my car some more :P also, im trying to get a skyline body and a "hachi roku" trueno ae 86

Skittlezzz - March 19, 2007 04:10 AM (GMT)
used to have an acura r(something) i played with it nonestop for like an hour and it started to smell like burnt..D= *funeral song* R.I.P xmod (5 days old) i still have the remote controller tho because it looks like a gun lol :dunno:

PenSpinner - March 19, 2007 11:20 AM (GMT)
Where i can get a Car like this?^^ and how much does it cost?

Trogz - March 25, 2007 04:46 AM (GMT)

trueno ae 86

lol, initial D

i love xmods, want a lithium so bad, cuz im bummed that it burns 4 AAAs in like 30 minutes. im gonna get a nice mini Z motor to go in it as soon as i get the power to back it up. The neon and lights really hurt runtime, but look sweet.

and you can get them at radioshack, but i think they might be discontinuing them now that they carry propulse, not sure, but my radioshack stopped restocking them and everything is on clearance. i have a scion tC.

by the way, where did you get the graphics?

mwahaha91 - March 27, 2007 06:50 PM (GMT)
I do 1/10th scale racing instead. 1/28th is too outside unfriendly for me.

This is a HPI RS4 Rally kit. Does ~35mph(real scale) last time i checked.

how much money do you think you have put into this car?

mwahaha91 - March 30, 2007 10:15 PM (GMT)
~$400

I won ~$500 worth of prizes with it, so it's no biggy

K4S - March 31, 2007 01:16 AM (GMT)
:jawdrop: That is one sexy rc car

lefty - March 31, 2007 02:03 AM (GMT)
but for people that did win stuff thats way too much to pay on a toy car lol

Trogz - March 31, 2007 03:10 AM (GMT)
its not a waste of money.... Rs4 is electric, right? I wanna get an HPI RS4 sprint 2 Drift.
my xmod goes about 25 or so.

well i think spending $500 on a toy car is a waste lol im sure it gets boring after a while.

mwahaha91 - March 31, 2007 07:37 PM (GMT)
The spending is no biggy.

You start out with a $100 used kit, win novice races, use your prize money to upgrade your car, win intermediate races, upgrade more, and so forth.

It may get boring after a while, but it's like mcdonalds french fries. You can't eat em every day, but once in a while you get that irresistible urge to eat em. Same with RC cars.

AzNwAr3oR - June 13, 2007 11:22 PM (GMT)
GAHAHA.... Lol I upgraded my Super RS4 Electric to I'd say 70 mph... Using my dads money of course lol. I had a lehner motor in it and a nice speed control. I put in some nice lithium polymer batteries. And that thing TOOK OFF! Untill it hit a bump and died. :pullhair:

gtdrifting - June 14, 2007 12:59 AM (GMT)
ae86 "hachi roku do look like crap but they are rare and good for drifting..

and y wont you just buy tamiya's or yokomo for rc there's gas ones and electric 1s that go for 30+ mph and only for $100+.

cadayday - June 14, 2007 10:50 PM (GMT)
mwahaha91 knows what kind of rc car to drift XP lol i quit xmods >.> they break easy i got my self a Yokomo mine is the blue 180sx =3 its so smexy

Trogz - June 16, 2007 03:43 PM (GMT)
i spent $200 on xmod upgrades, got it to got 45 mph, then ran it into a chair and broke it. :( I had li-po, stacked FETS, a kick ass motor and some GPM parts.

What car can i buy that is good for drifting and under $200???

cadayday - June 17, 2007 12:24 AM (GMT)
tamya electric with electrical tape going down the middle of the tires =3

gtdrifting - June 21, 2007 12:17 AM (GMT)
