why is it called france-taiwan and not FPSB-Kitcat?

because it's not kitcat...?
but i'm also wondering why it's france - taiwan, isn't penzone also hk?

edit: i've noticed that in a lot of stephen's videos, he's pen spinning while his family is eating. lol.

x1213 proposed this name (france-taiwan) to me ^^' surely because all of the spinners choosen by him are from taiwan, and not from the same board... perhaps ô.O'

come to think of it, isn't x1213 from taiwan? i saw him in the taiwan psb collab.
