Title: Video Editing

After making my tutorial, I found that editing videos can be fun. So far, I only learned of a few programs...
Sony Vegas - able to edit video and audio. Seems to have several powerful features.
Adobe After Effects - able to create certain effects from still pictures and other sources, which then can be inserted into software like Vegas.
Wondertouch Particle Illustration 3.0 - makes particle effects and animates them.
Are there any other programs out there that the pros use? What does DKgamer use for the beginnings of his videos?

I currently use Sony Vegas, Its my favorite. Although pen spinning doesn't seem to use lots of editing so I say just stick to the program you enjoy.

The tutorial is located in Advanced Tricks section under "Twisted Sonic Bust > Bak Rev". I used WMM for it and man, it sucks. Hardly any control over what you want and hard to mouseover the specific parts you want. When you cut off the clip, it does so in preset increments of whatever seconds. Not very flexible.

i used to use ulead videostudio.... but switched to final cut pro on macintosh.... adobe premiere pro offers similar functions to fcp... so its good for windows users.... final cut pro is also good because livetype can also be used in conjunction with the videos
for beginning of videos.... u have to use 3d software to make them... after a considerable amount of experience in video editing... its good to keep the editing short and simple... and also proper music for the video alone... because it provides 80% of the experience
