Uh, I'm trying to do ring bak, but it never ends up falling through 23, and instead ends up kind of like an inverse shadow falling back into 34

How do I make my middle finger and ring finger more flexible to do ring bak?

i think ur just dropping ur ring finger just dont drop it and it should work

It's kinda hard, like when I keep my ring up, the pen gets stuck most of the time, because my pinky gets in the way, so I need to find a way to get pinky, ring more flexible too!

Any suggestions?

i can barely do ringbak cuz my fingers r really shitty. i dont think there is nething u can do bout it i just moved on

Try some finger stretches, but you don't really need that much space to get the pen through the 23 slot. Lowering your middle finger a little too.

Lowering my middle finger brings up my pinky, blocking the pen from actually spinning T.T, my fingers fail

Seriously, just practice, your ring will gain dexterity and you will be able to pull it off.

yeah i think its jus about practice.. you feel that u are unable to move ur ring finger high enough to make it go around it am i right? but eventually when u practice enough there will be no need to move ur fingers so much..

you may want to try this.. do a pass from 23 - 34 then do the ring bak.. it gives some sorta momntum.. it helped for me..

try doing ring bak with 2 crayola marker stuck toghetter..heavy and long gives you time to react lol

I had this problem when I was learning Ring Backarounds, too. What did it for me was I tried to keep my hand palm down throughout the Backaround motion. Doing that lets the pen make the full rotation around your ring finger. That might be the ticket.
