uhh no not a forum id, it's a "persona" in the game.

Like I tell you "You play the role of kam".

So in the game, you have this role. You don't have to role play or anything, but it's easy to recognize who is town and who is not just by their character.

Because if in the game you claim to be kam and nobody else claims that role, it seems as if you were really assigned the role of kam because the theme is famous pen spinners so of course kam will be assigned. That means you really are town.

Now 000 agents are NOT assigned any character. So if they come under pressure of lynching and forced to reveal their character, they will have to claim to be some famous pen spinner (that they weren't assigned to), since all town people have a character assigned.

But if the pen spinner they claim is not famous enough, then it may raise even more suspicion because it's unlikely that the character was assigned. And if they claim a person that's too famous, then that person is likely to have been assigned to someone else already, so if that other player also claims to that role, then it's suspicious yet again.

EDIT1: And of course, whenever someone gets eliminated, their identity is revealed. So if you claim to be kam, than the day later, the REAL person who was assigned kam to is eliminated, then you're obviously lying.

EDIT2: Also, the more famous your character is, the more likely you hold special powers. That means if you publicly declare to be someone really big, and it's more or less confirmed that you are that person, you will be a target for the mafia because you probably hold special powers.

Therefore, never claim to a role for no reason. Even if it's the truth.

The idea of role is that only town people have one. And of course the goal for the town is to lynch only non-town people, people with no character assigned to (nor are they assigned a clue).
