Feedback and constructive criticism is appreciated. Destructive criticism is not. Thanks.
Some things to consider when rating:

> Legibility (Can you read the article easily without strain on the eyes?)
> Readability (Were you able to understand concepts easily on the first read-through? How is the clarity of the wording? etc.)
> Layout/Appearance (How is the placement of diagrams & text? How is the spacing, footnotes, etc.?)
> First impression (How did the article look at a first glance, before you even read it?)

Note: This is only a preview. It's a rough draft only but potentially close to a final draft depending on feedback.

A lot of information there but non of it really too useful. I think it's a little too technical. All most people want/need to know is 'These things are phalanges' and then the exercises.

a solution to rippdrive's comment would be to first make a Table Of Contents (which is not included in the preview of course)

And write an introduction page which will briefly talk about all the sections of the article, so that users can skip to the topics they really need.

Looks amazingly professional and beautifully formatted, but your article does not look like its aimed for the correct audience... which is us. We want something that says. You = spin better if you do this exercise: bend this finger now.

Simple instructions please

Hrrmm. I guess I will include a table of contents then. The article is meant to be fairly comprehensive. It's not about only hand exercises; it's about hand care in general. Thus, the first topic is necessary background information for later topics, such as injuries. (For example, if I just say carpal tunnel syndrome affects the C2 nerve without showing where it is located, I'm guessing most people wouldn't know what I'm talking about). I also thought some spinners would be at least a tad interested in parts of the hand. Many naming conventions look complicated, but they end up being the most convenient.

Edit: I may also withhold the finished article until the board regains enough members.
