so i found one of these and the grip seems pretty decent actually. i was wondering if anyone else has used them, or if they are already used in mods?

these are some pretty big grips and usualy big grips dont go well with mods

You could try if you want, but like Fung said, it looks pretty bulky to be used in a pen mod, not that it hasn't been tried before.

I tried to fit that grip on some mod... but after some tries... replaced it by another...

it's not that big actually (imo). no bigger than G2, i think. but the grip, when put on RSVP, is quite nice for infiinities. not to mention it looks pretty nice.
