no offense but this is kinda gay. but i think it's popular..
mainly due to the fact that we go to a school that's called rice and populated by at least 70 percent asians/ asian wannabees

well.. there are like at least 10 kids at ucpsb from pisd... 3 from sms... trottsdude, kavondak and pen mod-erator.. sry if i missed other ppl and then there are like at lot of kids from rms here like 10 unknownazn, me and others.. but that doesn't answer your question...
i go to middle school... 6,7,8 grade... so like half of each grades try to spin... even though im not that good im one of the best at the school w/ unknownazn probably... so ppl always ask us questions...

Man i wish i went to a school where pen spinning was very popular. Being the best one sucks if you're trying to learn new stuff >.<

A lot of people can do charge or rev charge for a few rotations, thumbaround or cardioid, thumb flap sonic, that weird korean fake reverse etc. This one kid does continous halftaps & this other kid does infinity but like invented it himself & doesnt know PS.

Me & this kid used to PS before i really knew it & we "invented" indexaround reverse which i sort of turned into an indexspin reverse, so out of my school all the tricks i learned before online pen spinning were: Fake reverse thumb flip variation (idk the name), indexaround rev, indexspin rev, TA, cardioid, sonic, sonic rise, charge, & 3 finger fingerpass. I guess thats pretty good

i have influenced 3 of my frens to do REAL penspinning, not just learning some fundy and calling themselves PSers.. but many of the people i know are interested a little and at least make a mod to mess around with when their bored.. i know at least 30 people in my school who have modded pens..

hahaha it started with like a kid in plano and she's in college now.. so she taught my friend and my friend taught me that "twirly thing" aka charge. so then i was like SWEET and like 2 years later thise awesome kid named taiki taught me like sonic and thumbaround and i got all obsessed and showed all my friends and now they're all obsessed and showed all there friends. so that girl got plano all obsessed w/ psing. and i got my school obsessed with it. lol rms.

very nice! unknownazn, manjodabanjo, ohshizitsrohiz, mravioli and like 2 or 3 more are on this board. that go to my school

Out of 1300 kids in our school I am the only Damn spinner......i always get kicked out of class for spinning or Leigunin the teacher:D

Its ridiclous how popular pen spinning is at my school. Like seriously, its annoying. Having mass loads of middleschoolers swarming you and asking you if you're "Asian Tim."

Having random kids selling comssas for $10 at lunch.

Kids start stealing Rsvp mxs from each other.

But it has its ups and downs.

I've taught my whole neighborhood how to pen spin. Their pretty chill about it and all. Not too annoying.

Put it this way: you have a greater chance of seeing Shaq hitting a 3-pointer.

2 people do a choppy fingerpass (one of them wasnt taught by me)

4 people can do TA, only 2 of them can do it decently/consistently

one person can do FL TA haha, like 2 mins after i learnt it he did

Mh hard to say. Some of them are impressed from penspinning but it isnt popular.

It's okay popular, not too many people have the patience to get into it, they just try to learn a couple tricks and then move on with something else.
I see more and more people trying it now though ever since I made that video, but as for actual pen spinning there's only 4 that I know of including me.

It was quite popular at mine a couple months ago. 7 or 8 people got pretty good, and about half of the people in any given class could thumbaround and sonic.
