The judges will score each of the videos, the highest 2 scores will get through to the head to head.

The remaining 3 will battle it out for 3rd, 4th and 5th positions.

Eriror, I definitely think you are headed to the finals :). Your video was absolutely insane. I also enjoyed KTH's a lot, especially since he was spinning an MX (at least I think it's an MX, looks kinda long). Eriror and KTH would be my two picks :).

The vidz were amazing and i liked ps-728s ending :lol: . Good luck to the finalist. :)

but to me it is KTH/Eriror even if I would like to have a final battle against Eriror, I dont think that I deserve to be ranked before KTH (obviously eriror is in final)

my vote for finalists would be eriror and KTH. as much as i would lik to see KTH win, eriror prolly has it.

PS-728's combo sucked, and his magical trick was easy to do, he's 5th!

I based that on all of the spinning I have seen from all five of them. The only thing I counted these vids for was who got in to the top two. And I personally never liked Frat's style much. Technically it's superb though.

the part E messed up was Sonic 34-23 > Sonic rev 23-34 > Devils Sonic


the mess up was only slight, and it was still the best combo i've ever seen.

umm as far as other vids... im thinkin KTH against Eriror in the finals, his vid was pretty damn sick too

It's like some people are forgetting the roots of pen spinning. You want it aesthetically to look awesome too. The main reason we started pen spinning was to impress kids in class. Sure your doing some crazy hard hybrids but make them look good atleast! Don't do pure crazy hybrids, try to hook in some stuff into that and make it sexy. When you watch these videos you have to look at it from a layman's perspective and a pen spinner difficulty position to judge them. From that stand point Eriror's for example was mind blowing but Banz's was just some kid doing weird things with his hand and most of it was off camera.

All the videos were at a very high degree of pen spinning though as we all would agree. KTH really pisses me off, he is one of the best psers and he can't figure out a dam camera or buy a new one. You would think someone would like him so much to buy him a new camera because they are his biggest fan. If he wins the tournament, we should all buy him a new camera!!

Personally, I hope ps-728 and Eriror are in the finals together but I think KTH will sneak his way in there.

i liked banz's FLTA > Palmspin, that was pretty cool, though he kinda missed with his camera....

ps-728 was lacking again. i had hoped he would pull out a great combo for this round. of course, his combo was amazing, though it just wasn't on par with the others.

KTH was great. that's all i can say.

frat was great also.

Banz and Frat have their own style, you have yours. If everybody had the same style, penspinning would be boring.

Lol, thats the best paragraph i have read in a while. He said to me he was going to get a new cam after his exams in June, so im guessing his cam will be better then.

I'd like to see Kam in this contest next year. I think he would do very well (for those that don't know Kam, he is a very old pen spinner and runs pentrix.com (since like 2002?) -- it's where a lot of pen spinners learned their stuff).

Mostly, I only liked Eriror's video, which was on par with the last one. The other ones... well, I thought one was sloppy, one was of camera, one was low quality and the last was ok. I know this isn't what we're judging these on, but I don't think anyone can understate the value of a good camera in this contest.

Don't be too hard on Banz though -- to submit a video that was off camera a bit must be because of frustration -- something like "Yes! I did it! ... ... SHIT ITS OFF CAMERA... ... Ok, I'm sick of doing this combo for 6 hours, I'm just submitting this. It's not too bad.".

Edit: As for how well Kam would do in the tournament, it's been a while since we've seen him spin so I'm not sure how well he'd do. However, unless he's been practicing quite a bit I don't think he'd be able to compete with many of the spinners in the tournament. No offense to Kam of course :), there are just nuts spinners in this tournament lol.
